Product Overview
The ECU (Seat Controller) for commercial modified aviation seats is the central control motherboard for high-end commercial modified seats. As the brain of the entire seat's functions, it coordinates and drives all the seat's electric functions, comfort features, and external expansion functions. It is compatible with various commercial vehicle aviation seat modification projects, with stable hardware, high functional integration, and supports diverse control schemes, enabling one-stop intelligent upgrades of high-end seats.
Core Functions
Remote OTA software upgrade: Supports remote online program upgrades, allowing for feature updates and bug fixes without disassembling hardware, significantly reducing factory repairs and effectively lowering after-sales maintenance costs.
Seat position memory can store multiple sets of seat position parameters, and restore the preset sitting posture with one click, so that multiple people do not need to manually adjust repeatedly.
Seat rotation + zero gravity mode: Supports overall seat rotation function, and one-button activation of zero gravity reclining posture to reduce body pressure during long journeys and improve riding comfort.
Headrest height adjustment & multi-point massage: Independently control the headrest height adjustment and equipped with seat massage drive to achieve multi-mode massage relaxation.
Multiple control options are available, with three control methods that can be freely combined: physical mechanical buttons, capacitive touch buttons, and LCD touch screen, adaptable to different interior modification schemes.
Touchscreen Lift Control : Equipped with a touchscreen display, the seat height adjustment is visually controlled, making operation intuitive and simple.
Wireless fast charging : The seat has an integrated wireless charging module and a built-in wireless fast charging slot, allowing you to place your phone directly to charge.
It features a built-in USB fast charging port, compatible with most mobile phone brands on the market, meeting passengers' wired charging needs.
